Cody Elsen has over 10 years of experience in the esports industry, and is the newly appointed esports program director for North Carolina State University. Having led collegiate programs to world championships, he was previously the esports director with Northwood University, and was a founder and general manager for several professional esports organizations following a business career in marketing. Elsen holds a bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University, and has a master’s degree in digital marketing communications from West Virginia University.
