Daryl Cronk has more than 20 years of experience conducting market research and economic analysis in the tourism industry. He is a senior economist at Tourism Economics where he develops forecasts of hotel metrics, visitor volume and visitor spending. He is also an experienced presenter who enjoys delivering meaningful insights to clients and at industry events.

Cronk’s previous roles in the travel industry include director of hospitality analytics at CoStar and senior director of market research and business insights at Visit Orlando, where he gained extensive experience conducting consumer research and analyzing the hospitality industry. 

Before joining the tourism industry, Cronk began his career as an economist in the United States Treasury Department. He studied finance and economics at James Madison University, and earned a master of arts in applied economics from the University of Central Florida.
