James Bell is co-owner of OnPoint Rigging and Staging, a rapidly growing event company based in Raleigh. His event career spans 30 years, specializing in rigging and grip work. Bell has personally rigged thousands of events across hundreds of venues including theater, live music, corporate meetings, TV and film production, and esports competitions. He and his wife, Caroline, co-founded OnPoint to bring quality rigging rental equipment to the expanding Raleigh market. Since its inception in 2018, OnPoint has added staging and rigging services to serve the needs of its broad client base. 

At OnPoint, Bell leads all operational aspects of the business. OnPoint is proud to be the exclusive rigging partner for the Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex. OnPoint has provided rigging and staging equipment and labor services to multiple esports events including Halo and Call of Duty Championships Series.
