Angela Bernhard Thomas
Angela Bernhard Thomas is the founder of A-Game Esports and the executive vice president of EsportsU. She is an award‐winning executive producer with 20 years of experience in the film and entertainment industry. Her work in esports has included co‐founding multiple esports start‐ups and "first-in-the-industry" initiatives. As managing partner of The Gamer Agency, she co‐pioneered the first agency exclusively dedicated to esports and under her leadership operated the Microsoft Mixer Studio. Other notable works include the first public‐ private partnership in esports with the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in Atlantic City and a current partnership focused on esports venue feasibility with CSL International, Legends consulting division, and SimplyNew. In addition to her role as executive vice president at CSMG/EsportsU, she is currently co‐executive producing a scripted series on the life story of the first professional esports competitor, Johnathan “Fatal1ty” Wendel. She also serves as a Board Director on the Glytch 32 esports stadium development project.
