Dylan Does (think multiple female deer) is the tourism director for Meet in Marshalltown (Iowa), where he leads strategy and storytelling focused on elevating and celebrating his hometown.

He has spent more than 20 years in nonprofit and community leadership, driven by his passion to communicate, collaborate, and champion others. He is a recipient of the Iowa Travel Industry Partners Rising Star Award and was part of the Iowa Broadcast News Association Broadcast Team of the Year (Small Market) as a member of the KFJB-TV broadcast duo covering Marshalltown High School athletics.

His greatest source of joy is his wife, Aubrey, and their two sons, Ian and Xavier.
