One of the original founders of The Athena Alliance CLT, Emilice Vener has come onto the local gaming scene to provide opportunities for women to have their voices heard and to provide a safe space for women in and outside of the gaming industry. Based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, she runs an all-women's stream team called The Gaming Goddesses, and since 2019 has coordinated public and digital gaming events, charity fundraisers, and held esports events for women, as well as becoming a Women in Games Ambassador for the Southeast USA. She enjoys game nights featuring trivia, RPGs, and UNO. She is an alum of The University of South Carolina Lancaster with a degree in sciences, has supported charities such as Safe Alliance and Combat Female Veterans Families United, and had been featured on Fox46 Charlotte, Good Morning Charlotte, LatinxinGaming, CallMeJaneBond, Pikara magazine, and The Triad City Beat for community work in games.
