Jaycee Dubyah
Jeffrey Worthington, known in professional circles as "Jaycee Dubyuh," has been actively engaged in tournament organization, community building and talent scouting since 2013. He has successfully established several esports tournament series in the DMV (Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia) region and has participated in prominent events, including the Capcom North American Pro Tour Finals. His extensive experience encompasses both community and corporate sectors. Following his success in the DMV area, Worthington relocated to Las Vegas, where he collaborated with the National Football League (NFL) and the city of Las Vegas. He has held the position of creative director of operations at LVL UP EXPO and co-founded the non-profit initiative, LVLUP+. His contributions include strategizing methods to highlight influential esports players at events and raise awareness, all while breaking down barriers within popular culture engagement. Worthington's primary objective is to provide the community with innovative experiences. Currently, his vision is being directed towards his mental health non-profit, "The Telligent Agency," which aims to utilize his expertise in competitive engagement to create new opportunities in esports for future generations. He has devoted years to cultivating a supportive environment for esports players and asserts that it is essential to prioritize their wellness. This emphasis arises from observing significant discussions regarding the unmet mental health needs among players, event organizers, and even some developers. The era in which events focused solely on competition is evolving; we are now entering a phase centered on the creation of immersive experiences that present limitless opportunities. Worthington is enthusiastic about participating in dialogues that shape the future of esports, ensuring that both players and stakeholders reap the benefits of their involvement.
