John Cash is an Air Force veteran officer, MBA-educated Fortune 50 brand marketing and sports/entertainment agency executive and business owner of The Narmer Group, LLC. The Narmer Group is a full-service strategic brand and digital marketing, business development, sports/entertainment, DEI, and social impact agency. It specializes in strategic development and providing solutions that will cultivate emotional engagements and amplify value propositions that help achieve client vision, goals and objectives.His professional experience includes marketing and business development executive roles with Learfield/IMG Collegiate Sports & Entertainment, The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, and IMAGES USA Marketing & Advertising Agency. In 2020 Cash developed, launched, and taught the first Historically Black College and University (HBCU) esports/gaming program at Johnson C. Smith University, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to this initiative he was approached to partner with Gaming Cxmmunity Co (GCC). Founded and led by HBCU graduates, this 501(c)3 launched the first and leading esports/gaming education pipeline program for underserved K-12 and HBCU students as well as the successful HBCU Esports League in early 2020. To date GCC has helped secure and distribute $750,000 in scholarships, lab funding, and curriculum development. His community service passions are centered on supporting service-disabled veterans and youth education opportunities.
