Lucas Hayworth is the esports solutions manager at Extron, where he guides scholastic esports efforts through designing high-performance esports facilities as well as providing administrative-level insight into creating gaming and esports programming focused on intention and sustainability. He brings over six years experience leading a nationally ranked collegiate esports program that earned 11 national championships. Hayworth has also served on leadership boards for NACE, NECC and VOICE—three of collegiate esports' largest leagues and leadership initiatives nationwide. Leveraging this expertise, he guides educational institutions on shaping esports and AV environments that are strategically designed, sustainable, and future-ready.
