Patty Moser
Patty Moser serves as director of events, experience, esports and engagement at the University of Cincinnati within the 1819 Innovation Hub. In these roles, she leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact enterprise events, immersive experiences, and innovation-driven programming that connect industry, community, and academic partners across the region.
As director of the UC Esports Innovation Lab, she oversees the growth, activation, and strategic positioning of one of the university’s most dynamic engagement and recruitment platforms. Her work focuses on creating inclusive, future-facing experiences that support student success, workforce development, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration — leveraging esports as a gateway to technology, storytelling, broadcasting, and experiential learning.
With more than 35 years of experience in hospitality, sports, entertainment, and experiential design, she brings a deep background in venue management, event strategy, destination management, and non-traditional revenue development. Her career includes leadership roles with major hospitality brands and professional sports organizations, as well as founding and operating a national consulting firm specializing in business development, event design, and revenue-generating experiences.
