Robert Dugan is the North American League Championship Series (LCS) event lead overseeing the Regional Events for Riot Games League of Legends Esports. In that role, Dugan collaborates with the local regions to best represent what LCS needs to pull off the event successfully. Dugan has 17 years of music industry experience as a tour director and production manager, working from touring events such as Warped Tour to Global Tours with Porter Robinson, Mike Posner and Tycho. Dugan received his master's in business from Pepperdine University, graduating top of his class with Beta Gemma Sigma honors. Dugan joined Riot Games in 2022 as a manager in Esports Event Management.
