ToniAnn Convertino is senior manager, business operations at CSMG. In this role, she supports initiatives across operational planning, sponsorship development, production logistics, and event execution for clients and properties across esports and traditional athletics.

Convertino has played a key role in the growth of CSMG’s national collegiate esports properties, including CECC May Madness, while helping develop partnership strategies and operational systems that support large-scale live and broadcast events. Her experience includes coordinating live event operations, managing production logistics, supporting sponsorship sales collateral, and overseeing partner deliverables for gaming and sports-related broadcasts and activations. She has also worked closely with leadership teams on process optimization, project management workflows, and operational platforms designed to improve efficiency and reporting.

In addition to her work at CSMG, Convertino has experience collaborating with collegiate esports programs, including as a former head coach, as well as brand partners to support sponsorship integration, event production, and audience engagement initiatives. Her background combines strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and hands-on operational execution across both live and digital environments.
